I was reading my cards last night using a new spread template and the first position card represented, what are you really asking?

It’s so easy to filter our thoughts through what we think is appropriate or more important and not even realize we’re doing it. So last night it was nice to ask my question, but also let the cards speak back to me by saying, “No, no, this is what we should really talk about.”

I’ve had a lot on my mind in relation to my family but I wanted insight into my work last night because I thought I needed some space from my weighty thoughts. So I turned to tarot. The first instinctual interpretation of my cards felt right for my work question. I wrote down my connections from the pictures and placement of everything, but when I went through it again with some more insight from my deck’s guide, it was clearly pointing straight to my family question. It was shockingly revealing.

Let the question come out in your tarot spread.

Tarot is an amazing tool to help you connect to yourself. You see what’s already there in an unfiltered light and for me, sometimes only then do I even realize I was filtering it to begin with.

Here’s to being open to the guidance, knowing full well that it’s all within us already.

Love and light,

Cathy
