Whenever I start designing a new cloth I always have a vision for how I’d like to create it and for how I imagine it to to develop over time. A few months ago I designed an abundance-focused crystal manifestation cloth. I researched abundance energized crystals and worked with an artist to create a kaleidoscope effect with the crystals to surround and amplify your tarot spread in the center. I also love incorporating multiple elements into my cloths so May, the artist, painted the crystals using watercolors. I was inspired then and knew I’d come back to crystal manifestation to develop a series of cloths for different energies. Now I’m preparing a love-focused cloth!
Our abundance-focused crystal manifestation cloth.
One of the main reasons I knew I’d develop multiple crystal manifestation tarot cloths is because I love crystals but it can get so expensive. I think they are beautiful and the perfect tool to attract, repel, and focus our intentions. There are over 100 crystals on these manifestation cloths and I believe they carry the energy of the crystals with them.
Creating tarot cloth art fills me with so much joy. I am overwhelmed by everyone’s positive feedback and love of the cloths. This feeling of holding crystals at the start of a new design is thrilling for me. My favorite moments are when I follow my senses and be guided by a childlike wonder, and this design process is exactly that for me. Closing my eyes while riding a bike, swaying in a hammock on a warm day, or spreading my hands in a bin of dry rice. It’s about being totally present to feel, and this is how I feel every day I work on Hidden Crystal Tarot.
I’ve been holding my hear shaped rose quartz, and sitting with as many crystals as possible and writing down what draws love. Love is coming from my family, my cat, strangers, friends, and myself. Love is passionate and fiery, and some love is warm and supportive. Self love to me comes out in my self confidence and awareness. I’m reading about love, drawing inspiration from mythology, and researching what crystals are known to attract love from all over.
Some love focused crystals I’m definitely going to include are:
Rose Quartz for attracting love and restoring your heart with trust.
Lapis Lazuli honors Venus, the Goddess of love. She drives compassion, communication and honesty.
Sunstone for allowing yourself to shine and bask in your own confidence.
Rhodonite is the rescue stone and helps with forgiveness. We all carry pain that if let go can lighten what weighs us down.
This is where I’m starting. I’ll definitely add a few more and lay it out into another kaleidoscopic border with May.
I’m happy to welcome you into the design process if you’d like to make some suggestions. What has helped yourself exude and attract love? What helps you shine in your true light?
Love and light,
Cathy
